Oriented in days, not months
I've run this work in enough different industries that I'm not learning your business on your budget. The diagnostic starts in the first week, and you have something to react to before the end of the first month.
Organizations lose years and millions treating symptoms. I get leadership teams to the root cause quickly, then leave them with a decision that actually holds.
Start a conversationMost executives don't need another framework. They need the thing that's actually costing them speed and clarity to be named out loud, by someone the team will believe, before yet another quarter goes by.

The expensive version of change is the restructure or change project that gets quietly undone eighteen months later. Getting the diagnosis right is almost always cheaper than the second attempt — and it makes the heavy lift lighter and faster the first time through.
Recommendations from a consultant get implemented halfway and often sit collecting virtual and literal dust. Decisions a leadership team made themselves, out loud, in front of each other, tend to stick. I help you build the conditions and container for the second kind.
What gets escalated is almost never where the real problem is. The missed date, the stalled decision, the team that won't commit — those are the surface. Underneath sit behaviors, then structure, then the thing actually generating all of it.
Most engagements fail because they intervene at the top layer, where it's visible, cheap and easy to act. The work is going down far enough to find the one change that makes the rest unnecessary.
The heart of this practice is face to face. Most of it starts with people around tables, and ends with a set of decisions and plans those same people own.
Multi-day sessions reverse engineered from the decisions and outcomes you need. I plan the arc, run the room, and hand back a synthesis while it's still fresh in the hearts and minds of those involved.
Board, council, and executive team planning that ends in a framework the group owns — with a phased roadmap matched to real capacity, not ambition.
Structure, roles and decision rights. Design an organization where decisions are clear, ownership is real, and teams actually work together.
How the work actually flows across the boxes — including what shifts when it is done in partnership with AI. Value streams first, structure second.
Diagnostic surveys built for your team, synthesized so the data does the confronting, then a session where the team makes its own commitments.
Work that reaches past the leadership table — councils and their villages, headquarters and the field, boards and the people they serve.
We identify the polarities and tensions that have been keeping you stuck — the ones the team has been swinging between for years without ever naming.
A problem gets solved once and it's gone. A tension never does — the organization will hold on to it indefinitely. The work is learning to steer it well instead of lurching between two half-right answers.
Telling those two apart is one of the highest-leverage things I do. It's also the reason engagements finish faster: half of what a team calls a problem usually isn't one, and the other half is smaller than it looked.
I carry a deep bench of tools and practices behind that — assessment instruments, facilitation design, org and change methods that have held up over twenty years. I don't lead with any of them. We work together to match the method to the diagnosis.
A proven ability to bring interventions that let an organization grow — in boardrooms, on job sites, in village halls, and inside fabs. That range is why the diagnosis moves quickly: very little of what a leadership team is facing is something I'm seeing for the first time.
I'm Jered Kupaaq Stewart, an Inupiat tribe member and the founder of Cultureflo. I started this practice in 2012 after more than a decade doing organization development and driving change in a corporate setting.
The values I bring to my work are shaped by my Inupiat heritage: decisions measured in generations rather than quarters, a community's health treated as the real bottom line, and the understanding that knowledge is something you hold on behalf of the people who come after you.
That shows up in the work as patience with the diagnosis and impatience with dependency. I'd rather leave you capable than leave you on retainer.
Cultureflo supports tribal sovereignty, long-term regenerative potential, and organizational growth — for Native and non-Native clients alike.
A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than it sells. Bring the messy version — I'd rather hear the real problem than the tidy one.
